Lynnette Rumble, CPCC, BSW, Professional Coach, has an enthusiasm for life that is infectious.  Her personal commitment to living big is the guiding light for the powerful impact she brings to her work as a professional life coach.   By standing firmly in this place of commitment, Lynnette dares her clients to embrace their passion and empowers them to live the life they really want to live.

In 1991 Lynnette graduated with honours from Ryerson University with degrees in both Social Work and Public Administration.   After a year of international travel, Lynnette returned to Canada to serve in the public sector domain of child welfare.  Following an impactful career with York Region Children’s Aid Society, both as a front-line social worker and manager of a team of social workers, Lynnette was recruited to pioneer with a young company, The CEO Group. 

And so, in March 1996, Lynnette, along with a handful of other risk takers, joined this home based business, The CEO Group.   Developing her skills in corporate sales and client driven product development, Lynnette discovered her passion for creativity and thinking “outside the box”.   The CEO Group went on to become the premier provider of Hi-tech Staffing Solutions across North America and Europe and by 2001 employed over 70 people and generated over 12 M in revenue.  It was this taste of the entrepreneurial spirit that Lynnette both witnessed and contributed to, that feeds her own professional drive today.  

Having sat on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization  (Transitional and Supportive Housing York Region) for 2 years, Lynnette gained valuable understanding  in many areas including, multi-levelled funding sources, operating budgets, contract negotiations ,service development,  planning and implementation. 

Lynnette is a professional life coach trained by the world renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and in 2008, she founded Always In Motion Coaching Services (AIM Coaching).  To date AIM Coaching has served a wide range of clients including, athletes, authors, business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, musicians and, people in transition. 

Ron Renaud CPCC, PCC is known throughout America and in European (e.g. Poland, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and United Kingdom) the Middle East and Africa for his sharply honed coaching skills. Ron’s style whether speaking to hundreds, coaching or training someone one-on-one is fun and rigorous; Ron believes that holding the tension between the two is where growth, productivity and life satisfaction occur. It is with this approach and from this perspective that Ron engages his clients.

In 2001 Ron was recognized by perhaps the most prominent coach training school in the world, CTI (The Coaches Training Institute), for his extraordinary talent by being asked to join their exclusive ‘Leader-body’ of 60 people throughout the world who trains coaches for them.  Ron teaches people from around the world coaching skills from the most basic to the most advanced.  Found regularly under Ron’s tutelage are business leaders from Fortune 500 companies, governmental personnel and other people looking to incorporate the skills Ron offers to become either certified professional coaches or to simply add to their already well-stocked knowledge base in their current profession.

Amongst those Ron has coached are top executives from around the world, highly successful sales people, athletes and other coaches.  One often common component of Ron’s clients is that they are competitive.  They want to do, be and/or have more.  Ron too is very competitive; whether in sports (Ron is a runner and triathlete) or engaged with a client he is consistently working to grow and grow others.  Ron finished the Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY in 2003 and his first ultra-marathon (50 miles) in 2008.

Along with his CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) accreditation Ron is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coaches Federation.  Ron’s credentials and the results he delivers with his clients keeps him a sought after commodity in the coaching community.
